How Sentinel handles data

Sentinel stores account credentials, consent records, analysis results, and optional feedback so the service can operate and improve.

Uploaded images may be retained with their analysis output to support result history, feedback review, product debugging, and service abuse protection.

Anonymous visitors can run one analysis before registering. Sentinel uses secure session cookies and limited IP-based fallback tracking to enforce that limit and protect API spend.

If you opt into feedback emails, Sentinel may send occasional follow-up requests about recent analyses. You can unsubscribe at any time from the email link or your account page.

Deleting an account removes the user record, anonymises associated analyses, and detaches feedback from your user identity while preserving aggregate product-learning data.
